Good things are right around the corner.

I woke up to photos in my email of the house the husband looked last night.

Wow oh wow. It is so nice.

I'm not talking marble and cathredal ceilings. I don't like those sorts of things anyway. No, this place has a basement and a garage. It has a kitchen with a dishwasher and built in microwave. It has closets and storage space. It has 2,000 SQUARE FEET!

It's in a nice, pretty neighborhood, with playing children and bicycles lying on the side of the road. There are parks and ponds not far away, and a big yard. There are even stairs for the toddler to play with. She so adores going up and down stairs right now.

It's funny the effect these photos have had on me. Looking at those pictures, imagining walking through the rooms they show, I can feel something inside me relaxing. I never realized before just how thoroughly uncomfortable I felt in this house.

I suddenly feel like I've been wearing clothes that don't fit and itch, too. Now I'm looking at new clothes, wonderful, luxurious, soft clothing, tailored just for me, and it's so enticing that I can't wait to switch over.

Oh, I hope we get this house.
