Bigger than a breadbox, smaller than a Christmas tree?
The preschooler woke up this morning and ran out to the living room to play with the tree. I had to move fast to keep her from pulling it over in her excitement.
After a while she looked puzzled, and started peering intently under the tree and into the branches.
"What are you looking for?" I asked her.
"Where's Santa Claus?" she demanded.
She still doesn't quite grasp that a miniature Santa isn't going to suddenly show up under the tree and start handing out presents.
It's going to be a long month.
